Vicki has more than 25 years of experience working in the dealership industry. She specializes in assisting dealerships with their accounting, finance, dealer management (DMS) software, operations, and strategic business planning.
Vicki also brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience working as the controller for a number of auto dealerships. She understands the day-to-day concerns that demand attention. She has back-office experience doing everything from biller to training general office staff to office management.
