As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and finance and operational leader with more than 20 years of measurable success, Wade has extensive experience leading both internal and external teams. With a hands-on approach and gather information regarding areas of the business beyond solely finances. This allows Wade to have a clear picture of the organization and its needs and work effectively with the executive team to make decisions about the strategic direction of the company.
Wade has spent approximately the last 10 years in startup technology and SaaS, growing and leading companies and their finance departments. As CFO was been intimately involved in strategic planning, financial statement review/presentation, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), forecasting/budgeting, developing key performance metrics (KPIs), cash flow/management, venture investment/fundraising (equity and debt), stock repurchase program, 409A valuations, contract negotiation, SOC2 compliance, and Board/Shareholder meeting/preparation.
Wade has also worked in the construction/development, restaurant, and professional services industries.
Wade has worked with the Microsoft Suite of products, Google Suite of products, Quickbooks, Netsuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, AccountingSeed, Great Plains/Dynamics, Carta, Capshare, and Brex.
