Danielle Magouirk is a Principal in CLA’s Assurance practice, serving clients nationally. With more than 10 years of public accounting experience, Danielle specializes in providing assurance services to retail and BHPH dealership organizations, including multi-entity dealer groups and closely held businesses.

Danielle works closely with owners, executives, and financial leaders to deliver high-quality audits, reviews, and accounting guidance that support informed decision-making and long-term growth. Her experience spans complex revenue recognition matters, intricoes of installment contract accounting, internal control design and assessment, and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
