Overview
Nate Loest is a Principal with CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP) and has roughly 15 years of experience in providing financial valuation and transaction consulting services including valuations of business enterprises; capital stock; debt securities; derivative and complex securities; and intangible assets consisting of trademarks, patents, customer relationships, distribution networks, contractual agreements and other intellectual property. He has extensive experience working with working with companies of all sizes; from large publicly-traded multi-national corporations to small privately-held companies. His clients service a wide variety of industries including the aerospace, automotive, chemicals, construction, converting, foundry, healthcare, industrial components, logistics, manufacturing, newspaper, paper & flexible packaging, personal care, semiconductor, telecom, and many others.
