Adam Lipkin

Overview

Adam is a Principal in CLA’s assurance practice working closely with clients across various industries with focuses in the manufacturing/distribution and construction sectors.  Additionally, his depth of knowledge and experience with mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and related advisory services, and experience working with both private investors and private equity funds allow the Firm’s clients to rely on his insights and suggestions throughout their engagements.

Over the years, Adam has developed many multi-disciplinary skills demanded by the various engagements he handles.  In addition to his work on traditional assurance and due diligence engagements, Adam has been a significant contributor to the Firm’s corporate litigation support and monitorship projects including playing a critical role as a member of the Fortress Monitoring Group forensic accounting team assigned as an integrity monitor for the construction of One World Trade Center.
