Overview
Joe serves as the State and Local Government Industry Assurance Leader for the National Assurances Technical Group. Joe assists engagement teams with complex accounting and reporting issues, develops firm-wide tool and templates, and performs second reviews. Joe has been serving government clients for over 30 years and at one time worked at a County as a Finance Director.
