Overview
Julie is a Director within CLA’s Business Risk Services team a part of CLA’s Value & Risk Services Group. She has over nine years of professional services experience in internal and external audit, financial reporting and controls, and compliance, across multiple industries.
• Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor experience in the areas of SOC report audits and preparation, SOC readiness, internal audit, FDICIA readiness and compliance, and various risk advisory and consulting services
• External financial reporting auditing and accounting experience serving a broad range of entities including professional services, manufacturing entities, nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, and employee benefit plans
• In-charging assurance and attestation engagements, project management, communicating, and collaboratively working with client management throughout the engagement process
• SOC1 Type 1 and SOC1 Type 2 engagements and SOC readiness engagements for financial institutions and financial service companies, professional service firms, and trust departments and companies
