Overview
Victoria Keene serves as an audit Senior at CLA, dedicated to the nonprofit and social services sector. She offers the firm’s clients a unique experience, gained over the years spent working within this targeted segment. Victoria works closely with clients through each stage of the audit process, building relationships and solving problems. She uses her experience and knowledge of the industry to provide clients with quality technical services, adding value by offering suggestions for better business practices and improvement of financial controls and processes.
Victoria’s audit experience is focused specifically on nonprofit, associations, and governmental audits, including Circular OMB Uniform Grant Guidance and Yellow Book audits. To stay current with governmental regulations applicable to these audits, she continues to take necessary courses, honing her technical skills. Victoria also has knowledge of the revised IRS Form 990 rules and regulations and is responsible for the review of these informational returns.

Victoria graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Accounting.
