Adam Kalarovich

Overview

Adam has 13 years of industry experience including 10 years of public accounting experience with CLA. Adam rejoined the firm in September 2012. Between July 2010 and September 2012, he worked for Carolinas Healthcare System ("CHSˆ) serving in Internal Audit Services for CHS and later, the Accounting Manager for Carolinas Medical Center - Main. Prior to, Adam had over seven years of public accounting experience. As a previous manager for CLA, his time was devoted primarily to hospitals and health systems and senior living clients. He primarily provided consulting and audit services.  Since returning, his time is primarily devoted to providing consulting services, such as feasibility study, financial modeling, due diligence, and CLA Intuition® services to senior living and hospital and health systems clients. He is also providing audit services to hospital and health systems, senior living, and home health and hospice clients. Some of his clients include Carolinas Healthcare System, University of North Carolina Healthcare System, Aldersgate United Methodist Retirement Community, Rex Healthcare, High Point Regional Health System, Caldwell Memorial Hospital, St. James Place, Bishop Gadsden, Lutheran Services of the Aging, Asbury, Inc. and Affiliate, The Pines of Davidson, Deerfield, and Sharon Towers.

Education

Adam received his Master of Science in accounting and Bachelor of Science in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Pprofessional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA), and the North Carolina chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association.
