Overview
I am an experienced accounting professional and CPA with 10 years of experience working in public accounting and consulting. I have primarily served large publicly traded companies supporting these clients with first year SOX 404 implementations and fielding questions around technical accounting matters including measurement period adjustments, segment considerations, carve-out financial statement considerations, and control deficiency considerations.
In my current role as a Client Leader within the Client Advisory & Accounting Services Practice (“CAAS”) at CLA, I focus on building and cultivating relationships.
