Chad grew up around and worked for many family owned businesses, which has enabled him to develop an innate understanding of their unique challenges. He specializes in financial statement analysis, business startups and transitions, tax planning, and business improvement consulting. He finds reward in providing clients with financial clarity, including practical guidance in the areas of profitability improvement, transition planning, and cost modeling and pricing.
Chad has more than ten years of experience providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to a wide variety of businesses, with a special focus on the construction industry. He is skilled in the preparation of federal and state corporate and individual income tax returns as well as compiled and reviewed financial statements, and has in-charge responsibility over many of these engagements.
