John is a principal at CLA who leads the Albuquerque, NM tax practice. He focuses most of his time serving privately held businesses, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals as their business and tax advisor. His back ground includes assisting clients in the real estate, technology and start-up industries. He is highly knowledgeable in technical areas such as tax incentives, international tax planning, and business structures.
A graduate of New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of accountancy, he is a member of the New Mexico society of certified public accountants and is a New Mexico certified public accountant.
He also serves as a board member for Junior Achievement of New Mexico.
