Nick Graff

Overview

Nick is a tax manager in CLA's St. Louis office. He has over 10 years of experience providing tax compliance & planning, accounting, and consulting services to privately-held businesses as well as individuals. With his experience, Nick helps our clients address their needs and concerns to help them reach their goals.

Education

Nick graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a double major in accounting and international business.

In the community

Nick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA), Associated General Contractors of Missouri (AGCMO) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).

Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors for MOCPA. He also serves on MOCPA's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Finance, Investment and Legislative committees. Nick is a past Chair for MOCPA's St. Louis Chapter. He is also a past Chair of the Community Outreach Taskforce for MOCPA. Nick has been a mentor to military veterans through American Corporate Partners since 2019. He also served on the Fisher House Golf Tournament planning committee. He volunteers for the Greater St. Louis Honor Flight, Franklin County Honor Flight, and Gateway Warrior Foundation, to name a few of the great organizations Nick enjoys serving. Nick is involved with the Young Executive Club, Construction Leadership Council and Supplier & Service Provider Council of AGCMO. 

Nick also enjoys his involvement with CLA Foundation - helping to create career opportunities in our communities through education, employment and entrepreneurship. Nick is a Board member and office champion liason for the CLA Foundation. Additionally, Nick serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Ambassador for the St. Louis office.
