Alex Gorman

Overview

Alex is a BizOps Controller within the Fund Administration team with more than 10 years of experience. Prior to CLA, Alex spent nearly a decade in third party private equity fund administration with a focus on leveraging people and technology to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reporting for private equity funds.

Alex has been involved in all aspects of private equity fund administration, including management of staff responsible for: new fund onboarding, capital call and distribution calculations, subsequent close calculations, management fee calculation, fund and investment level performance calculations, preferred return and carried interest waterfall calculations, fund workpaper preparation, financial statements, investor reporting and coordination of audits.

Education
