Overview
Alex is a Controller within the Fund Administration team. Bringing more than 10 years of experience in third party fund administration. Alex specializes in new fund onboarding, building out and customization of reporting, investor allocations, and process improvement. Alex ensures operational precision and transparency for fund managers and their investors.
Alex has deep experience across the full fund lifecycle, including management of staff responsible for: new fund onboarding and LPA review, capital activity, subsequent close calculations, management fee calculations, fund and investment level performance calculations, preferred return and carried interest waterfall calculations, fund workpaper preparation, financial statements, investor reporting and coordination of audits.
