Sarah Gasch

Overview

Sarah Gasch serves as principal in the firm and has broad financial and management experience with public and private companies. During her career, she has led a variety of corporate functions including finance, accounting, treasury, strategy, human resources, information technology, operations, corporate governance, and engineering. She spent twenty years with public companies and has a strong background in finance and accounting with significant experience in business plan development and monitoring, public company governance and SOX compliance, organizational planning, regulatory compliance, shareholder communications, financial planning and analysis, acquisitions and divestitures, transaction negotiations, and project team management.

Prior to joining CLA, Sarah held executive finance leadership roles for public and private companies. She was involved with many facets of the energy industry, including domestic and international E&P, energy services, oilfield technology, and renewable energy.
