Overview
Matthew has over 17 years of professional tax experience specializing in serving public and private multinationals. Prior to joining CLA, Matthew spent 14 years with EY where he provided a multitude of consulting and compliance services with a specialty in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). Matthew also spent 3 years as Vice President, Global Tax for Skillsoft Corp., a publicly traded e-learning company where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s global tax profile. As a Tax Director in CLA’s National Accounting for Income Tax Group (NAIT), Matthew assists public and private clients with the application of ASC 740 in attest and non-attest engagements.
