Jason Flattum

Overview

Member of the CLA National Tax Office and Transaction Tax Services Groups. Extensive experience in tax planning, analysis and research of tax issues related to manufacturing, technology and real estate clients. Specfic experience working with public and private companies on merger, acquisition and reorganzation related transaction projects. Including researching and consulting on business entity selection, conversion transactons and extensive experience consulting on corporate and LLC mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and tax entity restructurings.  Also has experience analyzing inventory, tax accounting method and period issues and IRS and state audit respresentation.  In addition, he is a frequent national presenter on tax topics related to Merger and Acquisitions, C corproations, S corporations and Partnerships.
