Overview
Josh is a manager in CLA’s Century City office. He has over ten years of public accounting and industry experience in private equity and real estate, with an emphasis and focus on operating entities, funds, investment manager, and general partner level tax compliance needs. Josh’s focus is primarily on partnership and corporate tax returns, identifying foreign, state, and local tax requirements for partnerships and their investors. He has extensive experience in working on multi-tiered and consolidated entity groups and intricate fund structures, including GP and LP structured deals, waterfall, and tax allocations. Josh prides himself in establishing close connections with his clients and wanting to understand his clients’ needs in each step of a fund and project’s life cycle.
In addition to Josh’s service to the private equity and real estate industry groups, he previously was a member of the firm's Young Advisory Counsel, providing strategic support to firm leadership on national initiatives. Josh has also been an instructor and presenter within the firm for annual training conferences.
