Overview

As a senior project manager, it is my role to lead and guide project implementations and work efforts for the CLA digital team and clients. Scope of implementations include (but not limited to) Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Data Analytics, data warehouse development, Power Automate, SharePoint migrations, AI technologies, ERP system implementations, Project Management consulting and more. My goal is to successfully partner with clients to guide digital transformation efforts and beyond.

Additional roles of project management service:

  • Guide client and vendor management by coordinating meetings, managing status reports, performing risk monitoring and tracking, supporting issue mitigation and resolution tracking, and documenting decisions.
  • Develop a RACI to support clear communication between the client and vendors.
  • Assist clients with project governance by establishing project teams and steering committees.
  • Collaborate with client’s project teams, entity leaders, and third-party partners to support a successful implementation
  • Collaborate to enable process alignment and go-live readiness through design, testing, and training activities.
  • Establish governance and strategic planning structures to guide implementation and long-term sustainability.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and software vendors to support seamless integration and alignment with the client’s goals.
  • Engage vendors to finalize contracts and define integration scope requirements.
  • Coordinate and enable efforts to ensure third-party contributors align with program goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Facilitate change management planning and tracking.
  • Facilitate communication strategy and planning efforts with the client and vendors.
  • Develop enablement and cutover plans.
  • Manage “parking lot” items for scope review and future projects as needed.
  • Assist in developing training plans and ongoing support strategies.
  • Capture lessons learned and refine solutions as needed.
