He works closely with client management throughout the audit process, ensuring clear communication, practical guidance, and timely delivery of audit reports. His exposure to multiple service lines gives him a well-rounded understanding of client needs and allows him to provide efficient, thoughtful solutions.
Outside of the office, Aaron is actively involved in the Monticello Young Professionals group, where he builds connections and contributes to local initiatives. He also dedicates his time to coaching at his local high school, giving back to the community that shaped him and staying engaged with youth development.
