Overview
Mark's experience includes providing accounting, tax planning, consulting, and administration services to independent health care providers throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. He has experience with managing practices on a part-time basis, reviewing and making recommendations for internal controls, financial analysis, practice management, and advising clients on revenue cycle.
Mark has developed and made recommendations for physicians' compensation formulas, and has also assisted clients with Stark issues, third-party insurance contracting, financial projections, budgeting, and cost reduction. In addition, he has conducted feasibility studies for imaging entities and ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs).
