Overview
Andre Creighton, is Chief Financial Officer within CLA's Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) Technology practice. He serves as a strategic finance partner to founders, CEOs, boards of directors, and investors, helping growth-stage and venture-backed companies scale with confidence.
Andre brings more than a decade of experience spanning public accounting, corporate finance, technology startups, venture-backed businesses, and executive leadership. He has led organizations through fundraising, rapid growth, operational transformation, acquisitions, and successful private equity exits. As a technology entrepreneur and co-founder, Andre combines firsthand operating experience with deep financial expertise to help management teams build scalable finance functions, improve visibility into performance, and make data-driven decisions.
His areas of focus include financial planning and analysis (FP&A), SaaS and recurring revenue models, KPI development, cash flow management, board reporting, strategic planning, capital raising, M&A readiness, and finance team development.
In 2023, Andre was recognized as CFO of the Year by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
