Overview
Jon began his public accounting career at RSM McGladrey in 2000, and served the firm in its Champaign, Illinois office. He worked for RSM for more than six years, leaving as an audit manager. He then became a partner in a growing local accounting firm and helped to build and manage a practice of 15 professionals providing outsourced CFO and Controller services. In 2013 he took a full-time CFO role with his largest client, one of the fastest growing companies in the nation as recognized by Inc. 500. After working with that company to divest several divisions and market them to outside buyers he joined the outsourcing team with CLA. Jon serves as a BizOps leader in the Champaign and Danville, Illinois offices.
Jon and his team serve as outsourced CFOs and consultants to several entities in central Illinois across a wide variety of industries. He is experienced in developing efficiencies in an organizations processes through the use of software and other technology.
