Overview
Jennie leads the Minneapolis CAAS - Recurring practice for the nonprofit industry. She acts as a consulting CFO for clients focusing on nonprofit and public sector accounting serving organizations ranging between $1M and $6M in revenues. Jennie joined CLA in 2017 and brought more than 10 years’ experience including public accounting, internal audit, and controller positions.
As a consulting CFO for her clients, she prepares accounting records and manages annual audits, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. She has worked extensively to identify process improvements and operating efficiencies while continuing to maintain strong internal controls. Jennie collaborates with management teams to provide dashboards and financial reports that best fit their needs and enable improved management decision making.
Prior to joining CLA, Jennie held positions in both public and privately held companies during her career. Her time in public accounting focused on higher education, nonprofit, and health care clients.

Bachelor of Arts in business with a double emphasis of accounting and finance and a minor in Spanish from Bethel University, St. Paul, MN
