Overview

I build enablement systems that connect strategy, content, and technology to improve how client-facing teams operate.

In my current role, I focus on establishing governance and taxonomy foundations, developing scalable content strategies, and embedding enablement into daily workflows so client-facing teams spend less time navigating complexity and more time focused on their clients. This work includes leveraging AI and technology to surface the right insights and resources at the right time—strengthening client conversations and enabling more effective solutions.

My background spans more than two decades across learning, development, and enablement, which shapes how I approach this work. I’ve learned firsthand that training alone does not drive consistent behavior. The greatest impact comes from connecting learning, content, tools, and process into a system that supports performance in the flow of work.

I partner closely with business and functional leaders to align enablement with real client and operational needs, ensuring what is built is practical, trusted, and used. My work often involves building foundational structures from the ground up, including governance models, content ecosystems, and operating frameworks that scale across complex, matrixed organizations.

At the core of my approach is a simple belief: enablement is not about more content or tools. It is about embedding the right knowledge and resources into daily work to simplify workflows, strengthen client conversations, and support better outcomes.
