Overview
Steven is a director with CLA, specializing in both qualitative and quantitative research related to market research for both senior housing management and development. He has worked on studies relating to independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, age-restricted cooperatives, home health and hospice in addition to various other consulting engagements throughout the country for a variety of for-profit and nonprofit clients. His areas of expertise lie in the fields of strategic mapping, demographic analyses, economic development, excel modeling/data analytics, and both extrapolating and interpreting data.
