Kristin Bertoline

Overview

Kristin Bertoline is a Manager on CLA’s national Digital team in the Business Operations Advisory group, providing business opportunity assessments, system selection, and implementation advisory services to clients. 

With over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, Kristin brings a blend of public accounting and corporate finance expertise, including roles at Deloitte and Goldman Sachs, where she advanced in financial planning and analysis to Vice President. Over the past decade, she has partnered closely with private companies and entrepreneurs across Massachusetts and Connecticut in Interim-CFO, Senior Controller, Controller, and consulting capacities.

Kristin’s areas of focus include financial reporting, system automation and implementations, cash flow management and forecasting, financial modeling, process improvement and internal controls, business valuations, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, construction, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations.

Kristin holds active CPA licenses in both Massachusetts and New York.
