Kristin Bertoline

Overview

Kristin Bertoline is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership. Currently, she leads and supports a growing team of Engagement Directors within CLA's Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAAS) practice in the Northeast.  Kristin's career began at Goldman Sachs in New York, where she excelled in a Financial Planning and Analysis role for the prime brokerage/securities lending trade desk, rising to the position of Vice President. 

Her extensive background includes a blend of public accounting experience with Deloitte and leadership roles in both public and private companies.  Over the past decade, Kristin has worked closely with private companies and entrepreneurs in MA and CT, taking on roles including Senior Controller, Controller, Interim-CFO and Consultant.  Her expertise encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including Month-End close, financial reporting, system automation and implementations, cash flow management and forecasting, financial modeling, process improvement and internal controls, business valuations, due diligence and mergers and acquisitions. 

Kristin has an active CPA license in both Massachusetts and New York and has an inactive Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification with the National Association of Certified Valuations and Analysts (NACVA).
