Rick Baumeister

Overview

In addition to leading the Fort Worth office, I work with businesses and their owners, confidently resolving technical tax planning and compliance issues. I offer sound responses to questions and contributions to issue resolution that assure competitive interest in my knowledge by companies who are looking for an increase in top-line revenue to yield lasting bottom line results.

I do my best to accomplish this by:

  • Collaborating with my team of professionals to best direct the direction of the region and meet firm wide goals.
  • Adapting to the ever changing tax laws and providing guidance to clients and staff on their impact.
  • Cultivating a favorable culture that provides career ownership for each team member.
  • Providing technical support for more complicated tax matters.
  • Developing a local leadership team that focuses on what is best for our clients.
  • Mentoring younger staff as they navigate their careers.
