Overview
Mike Baas, CPA, is a signing director with more than 30 years of experience serving financial institutions ranging from $100 million to $4 billion in total assets. He has led audit teams for financial institutions throughout his career, along with internal audit engagements, SOX 404 internal control engagements, business combinations, and SOC 1 examinations. That range of experience lets Michael give clients a practical view of financial reporting, internal control, and operational risk, and helps him lead engagements that are efficient, well coordinated, and responsive to each institution's needs.
