Overview
Raul has worked in the public accounting sector for more than 20 years. He has experience working on all aspects of outsourced accounting services and audits for nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies. Raul is a certified public accountant licensed by both the state of Texas and New Mexico. In addition, he is a certified government financial officer and a certified fraud examiner.
