CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP) has been recognized as one of America’s Best Employers for Company Culture on Forbes’ inaugural 2025 list. This recognition, presented in collaboration with Statista, highlights companies that demonstrate exceptional commitment to building inclusive, supportive, and values-driven workplaces. CLA ranked in the top half of Forbes’ list of 600 large companies, and #13 out of 35 in the Professional Services industry.
This recognition reflects CLA’s ongoing efforts to foster a workplace culture where every individual is valued and empowered. Through intentional policies, inclusive leadership, and continuous learning, CLA has built a culture that supports belonging, growth, and opportunity for all.
“We believe that exceptional client services are rooted in a thriving and supportive workplace culture. We’ve built a place where people feel seen, supported and empowered to grow and innovate. It’s a competitive advantage for us,” said Jen Leary, CEO of CLA. “This award reinforces our belief that when people feel connected, supported and inspired, they do their best work. As a CLA family, we’re building something truly special.”
CLA’s initiatives have led to measurable progress in representation, inclusive policy development, and employee engagement. “Being named one of America’s Best Employers affirms what we already know — our people are our greatest strength. Culture isn’t something we talk about once a year; it’s something we live every day,” said Kirthi Mani, Chief People Officer, CLA. “This honor celebrates the extraordinary commitment of our CLA family, whose shared values and spirit make this a place where people truly thrive.”
America’s Best Employers for Company Culture were selected based on an independent survey of more than 218,000 U.S.-based employees at companies with over 1,000 employees nationwide. The evaluation considered personal and public assessments, as well as key performance indicators related to fairness, acceptance, and opportunity. The final rankings also considered publicly available data and key performance indicators related to workplace culture.
