CLA’s St. Louis office is proud to be named a Top Workplaces 2023 winner by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
St. Louis — Today, CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), the eighth largest accounting firm in the United States, announced its St. Louis office was awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
The award program celebrates local employers nominated by their own staff. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on feedback gathered by employees through a third-party survey by St. Louis Post-Dispatch technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey factors in 15 workplace culture drivers, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.
“This recognition means so much because it comes from our own people. We’re very intentional about guiding our professionals as they build a meaningful career path, what we call their inspired career with CLA,” said Tim O'Shaughnessy, managing principal for CLA’s St. Louis office. “Whether we’re working together on a client project, a community service initiative, or enjoying social activities, it means a great deal to have our own staff recognize what makes the CLA culture special.”
