CLA recognized for its efforts to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in its hiring practices

Today, CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), the eighth largest accounting firm in the United States, announced that it was honored with the Northern Virginia Champions for Accountability Badge. The badge is a joint initiative of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia.

The 2022 Northern Virginia Champions for Accountability Badge recognizes employers in Northern Virginia that have taken a key step toward organizational diversity by collecting and sharing data on their progress diversifying staff. These champion employers also work toward building a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion for their workforce.

“I could not be prouder of all we have accomplished and can't wait to see all that will come,” said Lisa Stover, managing principal, CLA. “I’m so fortunate to be part of CLA where DEI is in our DNA.”

CLA is building a culture that welcomes different beliefs and perspectives — to truly know and help its clients, people, and communities.
