Join CLA at the 10th annual Marcus & Millichap / IPA Multifamily Forum: Chicago & the Midwest. The conference consistently brings together 350 – 450 multifamily executives each year from Chicago and from across the Midwest, as well as national multifamily owners, investors, and developers active in Chicago and the Midwest markets.
This year, we look at new challenges and opportunities in the apartment industry in Chicagoland as well as Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
The conference addresses roadblocks in the real estate capital markets due to increased interest rates, as well as issues with rent growth (or lack thereof). We will also look at ongoing, chronic issues in new development, and the hunt for increasingly rare value-add deals.
