Kathleen has over 13 years experience in the state and local tax area. Prior to joining CliftonLarsonAllen, Kathleen developed her state tax expertise at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and was a state tax analyst for a legal publishing company. She specializes in income and franchise state tax issues for multinational companies and flow-through entity structures. Kathleen is a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois and earned her juris doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Boulder.Education
