Richonda Pelzer

Overview

Richonda develops, deploys, and executes organizational strategies - financial compliance, human capital process improvement and risk management.  She thrives on building and leading strong, competent teams, leaning on her 20 years serving as a ‘trusted advisor’ with professional services expertise across diverse industries including , non-profit, life sciences, and technology.

Motivated by intellectual curiosity and learning agility, she advises clients to optimize the performance of organizational assets through cost containment, revenue diversification, sustainability, acquisition, or restructuring.  It is rewarding to help organizations and individuals strive to reach full potential. This is achieved by having an athlete’s mindset. The focus is on “one more”. At the verge of physical and mental exhaustion, she strives for one more rep, one more pull-up, one more jump-shot, one more encouraging word, one more innovative idea.

Richonda understands the key aspects of any engagement is actively listening, asking relevant questions, and translate client needs into innovative solutions. She is often seen rolling up her sleeves and collaborating with clients when redesigning systems for increased functionality, productivity, and profitability.
