Overview
Victor has more than 29 years of experience and specializes in the audits of credit unions. He serves as principal and quality control principal on numerous credit union engagements. His responsibilities include monitoring developments within the credit union industry. He spends a significant amount of time working with clients on accounting for business combinations (acquisitions), fair value accounting and measurements, CECL adoption and acquisition due diligence. He also spends time working with clients on outsourcing internal audit, regulatory compliance and cyber secuity services.
