Overview
Manager specializing in the health care industry in our King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office. He has served the health care industry for ten years and specializes in skilled nursing facilities, life plan communities, and federally qualified health centers. Dan has knowledge in data analytics and how they are incorporated into financial statement audits. He has extraordinary audit and nonprofit tax experience in addition to technical skills.
As part of the audit procedures for CLA’s health care clients, Dan has tested all financial areas in the balance sheet as well as the income statement. He also prepares the financial statement for clients. Dan is a vital part of the planning process for many of the health care clients; this includes preliminary testing, internal control testing, the determination of materiality, and preliminary analytics. Dan in-charges the jobs and directs his team as well as teaches those around him.
In addition to his audit experience, Dan prepares the forms 990 and 990-EZ for tax-exempt organizations. He works with many of the health care clients to provide the most accurate, current, and relevant information.
