Overview
Noel is a Signing Director in Assurance at CLA with over 12 years of experience serving privately held and international clients. He primarily works with companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and agribusiness (food and beverage) industries, including those with private equity and global ownership structures.
In his role, Noel provides overall engagement leadership and signing responsibility, overseeing the planning, supervision, and completion of audit engagements. He has significant experience in complex accounting and auditing matters, including inventory and cost accounting, business combinations, and transactions with limited authoritative guidance. He also supports IFRS and group reporting to parent auditors and advises clients on the adoption of new accounting and auditing standards.
