Overview
David has more than 30 years of expereince providing tax, accounting, consulting, transitional advisory services with an industry specialization in agribusiness. He has experience with farmers, agricultrual cooperatives, farm implement dealerships, and processors. In addtion his experience includes a variety of small to medium size business that includes construction contractors, physician practices, wholesalers, real estate development, nursing home facilities, and manufacturing. David also works with individuals with tax preparation and planning and consulting. In addtion to traditional CPA services, David also is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor assisting business owners exit their business.
