Overview
Josh Enger serves as CLA’s Chief Outsourcing Officer, where he leads the firm’s national strategy for delivering scalable, high-impact outsourcing solutions across finance, accounting, and advisory services. In this role, he focuses on driving innovation, consistency, and value for clients across industries through CLA’s integrated outsourcing platform.
Josh has spent his entire career at CLA, building deep expertise in both industry and firm leadership. He previously served as the Regional Managing Principal for the Midwest, overseeing strategic growth and operational excellence across one of CLA’s largest regions. Prior to that, he was the Managing Principal of CLA’s Minneapolis office and served as the Managing Principal of Industry for the transportation and logistics sector, where he helped expand the firm’s national presence and capabilities.
Throughout his career, Josh has worked closely with privately held businesses, providing assurance, tax consulting, M&A support, financial projections, and operational efficiency strategies. He is especially passionate about helping business owners navigate succession planning and long-term value creation.
