Tyler’s award makes this the fifth year in a row CLA has posted a winner in The M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Awards. Winners are chosen for their accomplishments and knowledge in the industry.
CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is pleased to announce that Tyler Lounsbery, manager with CLA, has been named a winner in the Service Professional category of The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Awards.
The M&A Advisor, renowned globally for its recognition of leading M&A, financing, and turnaround professionals, created the Emerging Leaders Awards to promote mentorship and professional development among the emerging business leaders.
This is the fifth consecutive year that a CLA team member has received this award. Lounsbery was chosen for his accomplishments and knowledge from a pool of international nominees by an independent judging panel of distinguished business leaders.
Lounsbery joined CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) in 2011 as a member of the transaction support team. He helped build the team in Minneapolis, and now oversees CLA’s Mountain West region private equity and transaction support services teams.

Lounsbery has more than 125 transactions under his belt including buy-side, sell-side, recapitalization, and other financing situations. These transactions traverse a number of industries, specifically private equity, manufacturing and distribution, health care, technology, construction, and commercial services. He also provides quality-of-earnings assessments, working capital analyses, and transaction structuring for private equity firms, strategic buyers, and proactive sellers, as well as financial statement assurance and tax services to private equity portfolio companies and closely held businesses.
