Be more in BMore.
At this year’s conference in Baltimore, ALGA is expanding the ways members can learn, network, and share knowledge to benefit their cities, counties, schools, and special districts. Most sessions will be delivered both in-person and virtually.
Attendees will experience workshops and breakout sessions on a wide variety of topics, such as industry updates, technology tips, cybersecurity and fraud, DEI tools, risk assessments, data analytics, and plain language strategies.
Following this conference, attendees will be able to:
- Apply practical skills learned through case studies from peers
- Apply strategies for remaining objective in a professional setting affected by the political environment
- Identify and discuss new guidance and standards as they apply to local government auditing
- Define and implement leadership strategies
