Ian provides compensation strategy and design advice spanning the spectrum of the profession’s specialties and through many industries.  Drawing upon varied internal and consultative experiences, projects are approached with client goals, culture and resources in mind which are then paired with data-driven “best fit” solutions.  Over a 15 year career, he has conducted executive pay analysis and peer group reviews, designed incentive programs, established pay systems, developed compensation policies and practices, and served as Editor or Author for several professional compensation surveys.
