Mike's experience includes more than 25 years of public accounting. He specializes in providing financial statement audits and reviews. He works with numerous nonprofit organizations, and has also audited and reviewed manufacturers, service companies, construction companies, and wholesalers. Mike's experience with these audits and reviews has included all areas from planning to completion including the preparation of the management letters and financial statements. Mike also reviews informational returns for tax exempt organizations and assists nonprofits in applying for tax exempt status.
