Overview

Karly is a senior with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in the Value and Risk Services group, more specifically, Valuation, Forensics, Litigation, and Investigations (VFLI). She has experience providing financial valuation and transaction services including valuations of real estate and intangible assets consisting of trademarks, patents, customer relationships, and other intellectual property. She has experience working with primarily privately held companies. Her clients operate in a wide variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, agribusiness, retail, and many others.

Karly has experience in valuation engagements for the following purposes:

  • Impairment testing (ASC 350)
