Dan has nearly 20 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to a wide variety of businesses. Although he specializes in the manufacturing and distribution industry, Dan has also worked with clients in many other industries.
Dan has experience in both buy-side and sell-side due diligence. He has assisted in organizing, analyzing, and providing accurate financial information to both potential buyers and sellers.
Dan's background also includes providing clients with internal audits, internal control reviews, risk assessments, SOC reviews (formerly SAS 70), and more. He has guided clients on how to document their internal control structure, assess the strength of their control environment, and develop and implement control improvements.
