Ken is a principal in CLA’s Real Estate Industry Group based in Maumee, Ohio. Ken is a certified public accountant with more than 17 years of public accounting and consulting experience serving a variety of clients in the construction, real estate development, and affordable housing industries. He leads more than 100 audits of affordable housing, real estate, and non-profit development organizations. He regularly performs audits and agreed-upon procedures engagements related to the costs of construction and development of real estate, for government, non-profit, and for-profit clients. Additionally, he provides consulting and financial statement audits to real estate developers and to operating housing entities.
