Enid Ruiz-Mattei

Overview

Enid Ruiz-Mattei is a member of CLA’s Digital national Business Operations Analysis (BOA) team, where she provides business opportunity assessments and advises clients on system selection and implementation. Her work focuses on helping organizations identify and address operational challenges, strengthen organizational structures, and make informed technology decisions that support long-term goals.

With more than 25 years of combined experience in accounting and budgeting across private industry, government, and higher education, Enid brings deep expertise in operational improvement and the implementation of systems designed to optimize financial and operational structures. She works with a broad range of clients, including colleges and universities, nonprofit organizations, and local government entities.

Prior to joining CLA, Enid held leadership roles at both liberal arts institutions and state universities, where she focused on developing and implementing budget and financial models aligned with campus strategy, key performance indicators, and long-term sustainability.
