Overview
Scott Robinson worked in accounting for the Indianapolis Public Library and Clear Channel Entertainment before plunging into the HR world in 2004. Working as an HR Specialist for the Head Start preschool program, he worked primarily in recruiting, onboarding, and employee benefits. In 2007, Scott began a 14-year career as Benefits Administrator with The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis – providing administration for their health and wellness plans, leaves of absence, worker’s compensation, disability claims, recognition programs; as well as assisting with the implementation, training, and administration of a new HRIS system. When he isn’t at work, Scott loves watching classic films, being a newlywed, and participating in theatrical productions throughout the greater Indianapolis area.
